Jason Washington - Photography

Based in the Cayman Islands, entrepreneur and award winning underwater photographer Jason Washington seeks the natural look of ambient light to express his love of the ocean. Years of shooting underwater video with ambient light gave Jason a strong appreciation for capturing the subtle tones he sees with his eyes.

In addition to his love of the ocean, Jason is focused on protecting the marine life in the waters of Cayman and abroad.   Jason is the creator of iDive Cayman Islands, a popular website for visiting scuba divers that features most of Cayman’s dive sites.  The videos, shot by Jason, are narrated by some of Grand Cayman’s most iconic divers. 

Jason’s photography has been showcased in numerous publications, including National Geographic.
